An 11,000 square foot custom home in Vancouver’s Old Shaughnessy neighbourhood. Bridgewater installed extensive porcelain paneling and large-format tiles throughout the entire main floor, with old-world charm borders in multiple rooms. The project included an indoor pool with water features requiring specialized waterproofing details, surrounded by spa-style decking, sitting and dry-off areas, and a steam room.
