Nightingale was named Canada’s Best Farm-to-Table Restaurant. Bridgewater supplied and installed all stone and tile work. The project features handmade American tile on the columns and extensive subway tile throughout. The centrepiece is a wood-stone pizza oven covered in small, bright blue mosaic tile. Lighting reflects off the tile at the bar and throughout the restaurant.
