Downtown Vancouver, BC
Hotel and Residences
Project Overview
The Shangri-La is a mixed-use skyscraper in downtown Vancouver and was the first building in the city to exceed 60 storeys. Bridgewater was selected to work on this 5-star, 119-room hotel, with offices and condominium apartments from level 16 to 62. The scope included large 24-inch by 36-inch marble slabs in all suite washrooms, the hotel lobby, elevators, and pool, along with extensive stone tile to floors and kitchen and bathroom countertops. Material was coordinated with an overseas supplier.
