John founded Bridgewater Tile Ltd. in 1979 after coming up through tile and terrazzo work in BC and Alberta in the early 1970s. He grew the company from a two-person operation into a firm with a dedicated facility in Burnaby and a full operations team, and ran it as a family-owned business for more than four decades.
Fifteen years on the executive of the Terrazzo Tile and Marble Association of Canada (TTMAC) in BC, four of them as President. Now serves as Senior Advisor to the firm.
