Rosewood Hotel Georgia

Bridgewater had the privledge of working on the restoration of the iconic Georgia Hotel in downtown Vancouver.  Bridgewater received the Trade Contractor Chairman’s “Silver Award” for the restoration of the tile and stone.  This project consisted of extensive stone work throughout the Hotel common areas and all suites.  As well, the indoor pool and spa amenities which adjoins the spectacular Georgia Residences.  The stone selection for restoration was a fragile, dark Italian stone.  Bridgewater worked with the Italian manufacturer to have it veneered to porcelain for added strength.  This solution accomplished the vision of the Designer and Owner, while allowing for a perfect and clean installation and durability.  Truly, one of Bridgewater’s more unique projects.
