Nightingale Restaurant

Named Canada’s Best Farm to Table Restaurant, .Bridgewater was contracted to supply and install all stone and tile work.  With a unique use of hand made American tile on the columns and extensive subway tile look, this restaurant is stunning.  However, the heart of the restaurant is the infamous wood-stone pizza oven that is covered in small, bright blue mosaic tile.  With the reflection of the lighting off the tile at the bar and throughout,  the entire restaurant offers a warm glow.
